Founder

Vision and Mission of the Founder

My vision is to transform students from all backgrounds into educated persons, inspire them to be just and ethical citizens, who will be wise and principled leaders of their life. The quality of the learning that takes place in a school depends very much on quality of the relationships that exist between the teachers and the students. This establishes a successful connection between teacher and pupil, fostering trust and understanding.

On establishing this school, my whole objective was to provide all the facilities of the urban school to my students, to prepare them for their upcoming future and help them hold prime positions in whatever fields they ought to explore and excel in.

Loyola Academy students grow up intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially. They become persons who cherish and live the eternal values of truth, beauty, love, goodness and justice. Students are the hope of the future, the hope of this nation.

A Message from the Manager

Education is not just a process of giving knowledge for a future, but a lifelong process which creates an understanding of moral and ethical values to guide one’s life in the right path. We have a good, highly qualified, dedicated and motivated teaching faculty who are always exposed to new pedagogy to enrich learning and face the changing requirements prevailing in present times.

A balanced curriculum is devised to suit the needs of the learners. Favorable student-teacher ratios ensure individual attention to each learner. We believe that each child is unique and special. If a plant is carefully nurtured by a gardener, it will become good and produce better fruits. Therefore, children must be given good training from their earliest childhood. We are here for the same.

A Message from the Principal

It is our duty to ensure that our young learners are literate not only in books, but literate in all types of fields — in academic, culture, science and technology — while giving the children an integral formation of intellect, will and body. This enables them to become persons of competence, character and maturity.

Loyola Academy aims at building up communities of love, justice, peace, freedom, equality and solidarity. The first and foremost goal of education is to be a good human being. This is what we are aiming for here at Loyola Academy.

The Loyola Academy curriculum includes sports, science exhibitions, quiz competitions, singing and dance competitions, cooking competitions, academic education and many more activities.

“It becomes our duty to build the capacities of the spirit of inquiry, creativity, entrepreneurial and moral leadership among students and become their role model.”

A Message from the Vice Principal

Loyola Academy has its deep roots in the field of education in the city of Hazaribagh and I feel proud and privileged to become a member of this family. Our students have reached greater heights as inspired by the motto “Love All Hate None”. The students come here with great hope and vision and achieve their dreams.

The aim of the school has always been to bring out the best in the students and make them better citizens. We strive to impart academic excellence, a sense of duty, discipline and above all moral and humanitarian values which are a need of the time.

No parent wants their child to become a negative character in society, and hence with the cooperation of parents and guardians we can shape our students and help them attain excellence. I foresee a better future for the children in this institution and, with the cooperation of parents along with the teachers, we can take our students to great new heights.

— Cynthia Raymond

The end goal for all of us is to help students to unlock the magic of lifelong learning. Live out our motto, “Love All, Hate None”, and they will surely make a difference to our country.
